BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
This recipe will be easy to prepare at home or in the classroom.

September is a great month for salads. It’s still hot
enough not to want to do a lot of baking and hot meal preparation. This recipe
is a yummy salad dressing that’s good enough to dip in a slice of sourdough
bread besides putting it over the salad greens of your choice.
INGREDIENTS:
4 ounces mashed blue cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 clove garlic peeled and mashed
1-ounce salad oil
1-teaspoon salt
1/8 cup lemon juice
2 cups mayonnaise
2 cups sour cream

Glass bowl
Wooden spoon
Measuring cups and spoons
Plastic wrap
